Kristie Taphouse

My name is Kristie Taphouse I am from Owosso Michigan. I attended Corunna Public Schools and Graduated with a Bachalor of Arts degree in Studio Art with a Specialzation in Design from the College of Arts and Letters at Michigan State University in 2014. My concentration is in Graphic Design and Animation. I have a high interest in comic books especially in creating and editing comics. My passion is in Japanese comics known as Manga. I understand how to use Adobe Creative Suites and the Autodesk programs Maya, 3DS Max, and Sketchbook. I have an Elementary level understanding of both Japanese and German languages. I enjoy illustrating and most of all I love bringing characters to life it’s one of my true joys in life.
